I feel like I could type 50,000 words to describe what I saw inside of those mountains but I’ll let the video do what videos do:

We started in Marfa then we went to Tucson to hang then Phoenix to perform then Mesa to perform again. Then we surfed in San Diego after doing a show. Then we went to Los Angeles for a show and then to San Francisco for a show. After that we trekked up the 101 to hang in Crescent City on the way to Seattle for a show. After the show we stomped around the city then went to Portland for a pair of shows and lots more stomping. Then it was like, “let’s go to Eugene now for another show.” So we did that, did it, then went to Oakland for a show. After that we decided to still do our other show in Los Angeles so we did and then we drove through Arizona and New Mexico on the way back to Austin.

It’s one of my favorite festivals in the world! I get to be really involved this year and I’m excited! Here’s what’s up, friends:

I’m also in another film called “Playing Doctor” and I’m talking to folks at a Roundtable on Saturday afternoon. That’s a lot of things! That’s 3 things! 3 is not a lot of things.

My love for the Hornets has not been a secret. I care about this team and I care about this city. Most people know that the New Orleans professional basketball team currently has no owner.
